Cancellation Policy

You're booked! Hello! Your appointment is all set and we can't wait to see you! Our booking calendar shows times in your LOCAL TIME ZONE (your current location). Please be aware of this. Eg if you are currently in NYC and trying to book our LA location it will be 3 hours behind. So please double check! If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch via bookings@stellaselftape.com Some details about getting to our studio: There is no free lot parking at the Hollywood location anymore due to the building wanting to rent it out for productions :( We are so sorry we fought for it... However, there is plenty of metered street parking available around the building running at roughly $1 an hour. Please be early to your appointment to insure you find one! There are also parking lots around the studio that run at about $10hr/$20 a day. If coming via Public Transport the number 2 Bus stops right outside our building and the Hollywood/Vine train station is a 10 minute walk. Once you have parked please come to the front of the building on 6525 w Sunset Blvd and look for the entrance between the two big planters/ next to the wall plaque saying "the first EMMYs was held in this building". Please ring the intercom and press 101 CALL and state your name. You will be buzzed into the building. Take a seat in our beautiful lobby. We can not refund as the websites booking system takes a cut as soon as you make a booking. If before 24 hours of your appointment time, send us an email and we will do our best to reschedule you or we will hold your deposit for next time you wish to come in. If after 24 hours, unfortunately we can not reschedule/make changes. We understand an actors life is hectic and unpredictable but please understand that if you book a slot someone else can not.
