Cancellation Policy

Hello! Thank you for booking our Atlanta Studio packages ! We have one free parking space on site with every booking for all our Stella clients. The parking lot entrance is the small side street just between our building and the Chick-Fil-A when coming down E Trinity Place. You can park anywhere in that lot. In our studio we have a validation code that can be scanned so that parking will be free for all clients! You will then need to go back on to E Trinity and enter at the front of the building where you will find an elevator. Take the elevator to the second floor and look for Suite 203. If you are taping before or after the hours of 9am-5pm the elevator will need a code to be used. That code is 1534. Feel free to enter the room QUIETLY and take a seat in our seating area. We will be right with you when it is your time. If before 24 hours, send us an email and we will do our best to reschedule you. If after 24 hours, unfortunately we can not reschedule your appointment. We understand an actors life is hectic and unpredictable but please understand that if you book a slot someone else can not.
