Cancellation Policy

Hello! Your appointment is all set and we can't wait to see you! Please double check that you have booked the correct studio location. You have selected out ATLANTA location. If you will be zooming into your session we will be sending you zoom link over 10 mins before your session. If you will be attending the session in person we have free parking for you and all your actors on site. Email: atlanta@stellaselftape.com Location: 125 East Trinity Place, Suite 203, Decatur, GA Parking & Getting into the Building (Please pass this information on to all your actors) : The parking lot entrance is the small side street just before the Chick-Fil-A when coming down E Trinity Place. You can park anywhere. In our studio we have a validation code that can be scanned so that parking will be free for all participants! You will then need to go back on to E Trinity and enter at the front of the building where you will find an elevator. Take the elevator to the second floor and look for Suite 203. If you are taping before or after the hours of 9am-5pm the elevator will need a code to be used. That code is 1534. Feel free to enter the room QUIETLY and take a seat in our seating area. We will be right with you when it is your time. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch! ​ Cancellation and Rescheduling: All appointment deposits are non-refundable. If before 24 hours, send us an email and we will do our best to reschedule you. If after 24 hours, unfortunately we can not reschedule your appointment. We understand an actors life is hectic and unpredictable but please understand that if you book a slot someone else can not.
