Cancellation Policy

You're booked! Hello! Your appointment is all set and we can't wait to see you! If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch via atlanta@stellaselftape.com Some details about getting to our studio: There is FREE PARKING available for our clients. One parking space per booking. The parking lot entrance is the small side street just between our building and the Chick-Fil-A when coming down E Trinity Place. There is a purple sign to help you down the alley way. You can park anywhere in that lot. In our studio we have a validation code that can be scanned so that parking will be free for all clients! You can then either enter through the door at the back of the building and walk up the stairs or head back on to E Trinity and enter at the front of the building where you will find an elevator. If you choose to go up the back building stairs: Please exit on level 2 and follow the hall all the way to the end looking for room 203. Quietly enter the room and sit in our lobby someone will be right with you. If you choose to use the elevator: On E Trinity you will enter at the front of the building where you will find an elevator. Take the elevator to the second floor and the walk straight looking for Suite 203. Quietly enter the room and sit in our lobby someone will be right with you. If you are taping before or after the hours of 9am-5pm you will need a code to enter the building. That code is 1534. Bathroom Code: 5321 Feel free to enter room 203 QUIETLY and take a seat in our seating area. We will be right with you when it is your time. Please do no knock on any doors. __________________________________________ Gender neutral bathroom facilities are available onsite. Our studio is a green studio and does NOT print sides, we prefer if you email them to us during your session or bring your own. Let's book that job! If before 24 hours, send us an email and we will do our best to reschedule you. If after 24 hours, unfortunately we can not reschedule your appointment.
